These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Propello platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). Propello is an AI-powered platform built for estate agents and property professionals, operated by Propello ("we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.
Propello provides a suite of AI-powered productivity and workflow tools designed specifically for estate agents, including but not limited to listing generation, lead management, calendar synchronisation, content creation, and client reporting.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — supporting estate agency operations — and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including UK property and data protection legislation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Accounts are intended for professional use by estate agents, agencies, and their authorised team members. You may not share individual user accounts — each user must have their own account under your agency's Propello subscription.
As an agency using Propello, you are responsible for:
Propello uses artificial intelligence to generate content including property descriptions, reports, emails, social media posts, lead follow-ups, and marketing materials based on the data and preferences you provide.
AI-generated content is intended as a productivity aid and starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or otherwise using it. Propello does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated outputs.
You should always verify that AI-generated property descriptions comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, are not misleading, and accurately represent the properties listed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you input into the Propello platform. The quality of AI-generated outputs is directly dependent on the quality and accuracy of the data you provide. Propello does not independently verify the data you upload or enter.
Where Propello integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, we rely on the data provided by those services and do not warrant its accuracy.
Access to Propello requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out at the point of purchase and may vary by plan tier. All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all property photographs, descriptions, lead data, branding materials, and other content you upload to Propello ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — including powering AI features and generating outputs based on your data.
Our Platform: Propello, its underlying technology, algorithms, software code, user interface design, branding, and all AI models configured for the platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Propello. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as set out herein.
AI-Generated Outputs: The content generated by Propello's AI features based on Your Content is considered your property once reviewed and approved by you. You are responsible for ensuring such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Propello platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Propello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Propello's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account with notice if you breach these Terms. In cases of serious or repeated breach, we reserve the right to terminate immediately. Where practical, we will provide you with an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
